Accessibility statement
Many of the people who write to us are between 45 and 70, read on a phone, and are often worried. This site is built for them.

What we have done
- Text at 18 pixels minimum, with an A / A+ / A++ control at the top of every page, remembered between visits.
- Contrast checked pair by pair. The lowest on the site is 4.5 to 1, the AA threshold of WCAG 2.2.
- Full keyboard navigation, a visible focus indicator everywhere, and a "Skip to content" link.
- Buttons and tap targets at least 56 pixels tall.
- No moving text, no auto-scrolling, no content that changes on its own while you read.
- Animations are switched off if your system asks for reduced motion.
- The form works even if JavaScript does not load, and uses no CAPTCHA.
- Every field has a visible label above it, never a placeholder that disappears as you type.
What is still outstanding
- Final photographs are not yet in place; their alternative text will be written on delivery.
- A full external audit has not yet been carried out.
