No. We work with the public system, we do not replace it. Our role is to connect public, private and community services, and to make sure nothing falls between the cracks.

The first consultation is free and carries no commitment. If you decide to go further, you receive a written proposal with the exact cost before anything begins. Nothing is committed without your agreement.

We are based in Quebec City. Depending on the situation, part of the support can be provided remotely, by phone and video. Call us to check whether we cover your area: the answer takes two minutes.

We answer as quickly as we can. In an emergency, an imminent hospital discharge or a serious fall, your request is treated as a priority.

Call 911, or go to the emergency room. Our services are advisory and organizational: they replace neither medical care nor emergency services. Once the situation is stable, we take over from there.

This is the most common situation. Refusal is almost always fear: losing independence, the house, dignity. Our approach starts from what the person wants, not from what others want for them. That is often what unlocks it.

We provide itemized receipts. Some group insurance plans and employee assistance programs cover this kind of support: check with your insurer or employer, and tell us what documentation you need.
