Tandem Santé inc. provides support, care coordination and decision-making assistance in complex health situations. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Nature of the services
The services offered are advisory and organizational in nature. They replace neither medical care nor emergency services. In a medical emergency, call 911.
Responsibility
The client remains responsible for decisions taken further to our recommendations. Tandem Santé acts in a support and coordination capacity.
Information provided
The client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information so that the situation can be properly assessed.
Appointments and cancellation
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation may incur a fee.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking or in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Information shared is treated confidentially, in accordance with the privacy policy.
