Refund policy

Tandem Santé inc. is committed to providing quality service suited to each situation. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Cancellation and changes

Any cancellation or change of appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Services already rendered are not refundable.

A no-show or late cancellation may incur a fee.

Depending on the situation, a postponement or an adjustment of the service may be proposed to better meet the client’s needs.
